Thousands of Edmontonians will enjoy a variety of events at the Edmonton Expo Centre for Edmonton’s Indigenous Peoples Festival on June 22 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm!
Experience a Pow-Wow, visit displays and join in on interactive activities by community partners from all across the Edmonton region. Live performances by local and national Indigenous talent will take place at the outdoor North Plaza main stage throughout the afternoon and into the evening. Shop the artisan marketplace for original Indigenous products and satisfy your appetite with delicious offerings by local food trucks.
Where is the Edmonton Expo Centre & how do we get there?
- Drive and park on-site:
There will be 1000 FREE parking spots at the Edmonton Expo Centre parking lot. Spots will be on a first come basis until filled.

What is the schedule?

Is there food available?
Yes, local food trucks will be set up on site. A concession is also available inside the Edmonton Expo Centre.
Are there things to buy?
Yes, our artisan marketplace will feature local Indigenous artisans selling their products. A cash machine will be available on-site.
Is it family friendly?
Yes, this is an alcohol-free, family-friendly festival. There will be a variety of activities to be enjoyed by all ages.
Accessibility: All areas, including entrances and restrooms, of the Edmonton Expo Centre, are accessible for guests with mobility challenges or with child strollers/wagons. Accessible parking is also available for persons with disabilities.
Elders: A sheltered, reserved seating area is available for Elders at the outdoor stage, with an indoor resting area available inside the Edmonton Expo Centre – ask an on-site volunteer for room location.
